RZC系列绕组匝间冲击耐电压试验仪

主要特点:

高速:采用先进的数字信号处理技术(DSP),数据处理、图像刷新速度极快。

精确:采用高度A/D转化技术,采样频率高达100MHz,输出能量大,可检测低感绕组(线圈)上升沿的变化,较小电感绕组(线圈)也能准确判断测量。

稳定:采样可控硅板块作为高压可控开关器件和抗干扰电路,确保产品的稳定性。

科学:采用标准化、模块化设计和贴片技术,工艺精湛,体积轻巧。

显示:大屏液晶器显示波形及各参数,中文操作界面。可预置被测品的标准参数。

操作:一次接线,完成各相绕组试验,并具有正反向试压功能。

试验电压:  0.3~3.0kVp0.3~6.0kVp      连续可调          误差:≤±5%

波前时间:  0.1~0.5us

冲击次数:  1~10次内连续可调

检测模式:  波形面积比较或频率比较                        误差:≤±1%

脉冲电容:  0.033~0.1uF(也可按要求另选)

输出能量:  1.8 J

使用范围:  380V/100kW以下电机 或 380-1140V/500kW以下电机

RZC series winding inter-turn impulse withstand voltage tester

Main features:

High speed: uses advanced digital signal processing technology (DSP), data processing, image refresh speed.

Accurate: the A/D height conversion technology, high sampling frequency is 100MHz, output energy, can detect low inductance winding (coil) rising edge of change, a small inductance winding (coil) also can accurately determine the measurement.

Stability: sampling controllable silicon plate as high voltage thyristor switching device and anti-interference circuit, ensuring the stability of product.

Science: the use of standardized, modular design and chip technology, superb technology, light volume.

Display: large screen liquid crystal display waveform and parameters, Chinese operation interface. Standard parameters can be preset tested.

Operation: a wiring, the completion of the phase winding test, and have positive and negative pressure test function.

Test voltage: 0.3~3.0kVp or 0.3~6.0kVp continuously adjustable error: ± 5%

Front time: 0.1~0.5us

Impact number: 1~10 continuously adjustable

Test mode: area of waveform comparison or frequency error: ± 1%

Pulse capacitor: 0.033~0.1uF (also available on request another)

Output power: J ≤1.8
